In Store Returns

Otter space will accept returns on most unwanted items within 28 days of purchasing. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the refund.

Items must be in original, sealed packaging and in resalable condition.

For reasons of product integrity, we do not currently accept returns of Trading Cards or products containing Trading Cards.

Where an item is damaged or returned in a condition other than stated here, we will reserve the right to refuse redress.

Once the unwanted item is received back to the shop, it will be checked. If it meets our return policy conditions, we will then offer a refund for this item. Refunds will be applied to the payment method that was used to purchase the item.

Items that are faulty will immediately be refunded or replaced at no extra cost to the customer. With the nature of any faults, each case will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Faulty items must be reported within 3 working days of receipt of the order.

You will be required to present your purchase receipt and the debit/credit card used for the purchase, in order for us to issue a refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Redress

The acceptable forms of redress for any return are: a repair, replacement, refund, or shop voucher.
