Children's D&D
Children's D&D
Join us every Friday in February from 3-5pm for children's Dungeons & Dragons (D&D).
Dungeons & Dragons is a cooperative Role Playing Game (RPG) where players work together to go on imaginary adventures, solve mysteries, fight monsters and become heroes. Players get to create their own characters and backstories that fit into the fantasy setting.
Each game a storyteller will help guide the players through the world they create and use dice to decide what things happen. The game encompasses mathematics, problem solving and storytelling all in a safe and enjoyable setting.
D&D has featured in lots of movies and shows and is most recently seen in Stranger things and the film honor among thieves. Players don't need any previous understanding of the rules or setting to play.
The sessions are run by a garda vetted facilitator, and are suitable for ages 9-13. Each session is only €12 per person, with the first week free as a taster session. This is a 4-week campaign, and must be booked as a block. The total cost of booking is €36 for the 4 weeks.
